Starting in the mid 1990’s and lasting until 2007 the availability of cheap finance, cost effective labour and the growing demand for property brought with it a raft of start-up property developers. Recently these developers have discovered that the majority of the value they added to sites was the result of a rising market. Many of these entrepreneurs have been caught out by the sharp fall in the property market and the banks tightening their criteria for development finance.
The market has therefore turned back in favour of the seasoned property professionals as they have the skills to realise a profit in both a rising and falling market.
Reve Developments bucked the trend of the recent market crash and has gone from strength to strength due to it’s well timed and managed projects in recent years.
