The existing commercial shell presented a design challenge due to the layout of the existing commercial unit. Reve Developments used their combined design skills in order to maximise the usability of the property and create a beautiful, bespoke living environment.

A completely revised spatial layout, high quality finishes & creative storage solutions, led to a greatly enhanced value. The property involved a landscaped rear garden and unique bedroom niches formed from vaulted coal drops.

A fast track construction programme was tightly supervised and managed by our in-house project management.
