Ben has overall responsibility for co–ordinating the Reve Developments property portfolio, which includes the financial analysis of development opportunities, sourcing finance, pulling together information from all other Directors and project stake holders, and making sure the business operates efficiently and profitably.
A qualified Architect with an in-depth knowledge of planning law, building regulations and project management. Christian is responsible for knowing how to maximise the planning gain of any given opportunity and then to obtain all necessary legal permissions. Christian inspects and oversees all works on site in order to control the build and produce fully compliant, completed projects.
An Interior Architect and is overall design coordinator for Reve Developments. Mimi is responsible for ensuring that every decision made leads to an exceptionally designed element. Mimi ensures that the final product reflects our initial vision and delivers the dream of an outstanding living or working environment to our end users. This attention to detail allows as to command a marketing advantage over our competitors and to out-sell other schemes in any given market.
