For most, a career in property development begins with joining a big firm, learning the ropes, and getting a feel for the market. But I have been learning those ropes from an early age, thanks to firsthand experience gained by working in my father’s successful property business.
For the past 8 years I have been the Operations Director for a fast growing and innovative software company which is now listed on the AIM stock market. My understanding of technology and the state of the economy has helped me to understand where the property market is moving. The future is difficult to predict when you take in to consideration congestion, travel related taxes, technology advancements, flexible home working, immigration, global business travel and our aging population.
The skills I have acquired from being operationally responsible for a quoted company, delivering valuable and complex ICT projects, together with my family back ground in property development, have complemented the members of the Reve Developments Board.
Our Board not only have a passion for property, architecture and design but we also have a real appreciation that investors are looking for a return on their investment.
